Transforming Wellness
I created Peaceful Pathways Wellness in 2021 to support individuals navigating the deep pain of intimate partner betrayal trauma, as well as challenges such as relational distress, codependency, trauma responses, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive patterns, and the complex dynamics surrounding sex and love addiction. My work is trauma-informed, grounding, and centered on helping people feel steadier during overwhelming seasons.
My approach is rooted in a strong academic and clinical foundation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an expected graduation in August 2026. I am pursuing professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and gaining extensive supervised clinical experience as part of this process.
I currently provide counseling services exclusively through my graduate internship at Vibrant Journey Counseling, where I work under the supervision of Ashley Hubbard, M.S., NCC, LPC-S, LMHC and Dr. Kayla Bryant, Ph.D., LPC-S. This clinical work is part of my training and is completely separate from the trauma-informed emotional support services offered through Peaceful Pathways Wellness.
Alongside my graduate training, I am an APTT Candidate (Associate Partner Trauma Therapist) and will also be pursuing certification as an ASAT (Associate Sex Addiction Therapist) through IITAP. These programs enhance my ability to support individuals and couples impacted by betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, attachment wounds, and relational patterns that feel difficult to break.
The support I offer through Peaceful Pathways Wellness weaves together trauma-informed emotional support, stabilization, and practical strategies for individuals healing from betrayal, relational distress, and overwhelming triggers. Each session is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a deep understanding of what it means to move through hurt while trying to rebuild trust in yourself again.
I believe that healing happens in safe, connected spaces where you feel seen, understood, and supported, without pressure or judgment. My goal is to walk alongside you as you develop tools to manage distress, navigate triggers, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with your sense of self, and build a path toward long-term resilience and empowerment.
I look forward to supporting you virtually or in my office in Dallas, Texas.
